• Life is a journey, so why not take it to the next level and practice mindfulness?

    Why be mindful, you might ask? Every experience is fleeting and can be gone at a blink of an eye while you were fretting on yesterday’s mishaps and worrying about the future. Today is the day that matters.

    Mindfulness is not only being present daily; it is also experiencing each moment without any bias or judgment. It is taking in every experience as it is happening. It can be your own thoughts or what others are saying, the taste of a meal, the feel of water on your skin, the sight of the horizon, the sound of the fan or the birds chirping. One might say, Well, those are just mundane things; what is the excitement on those experiences? What I can tell you is that 99% of our life are spent doing mundane things. We missed most of our life if we focused on those bad and good experiences alone. We tend to categorize good or bad experiences based on our belief and biases. We tend to forget that each moment is unfolding towards the next and there is beauty in everything.
